Billing cycle
- Billing is monthly.
- Local currencies are supported and tax is calculated according to the regulations of each country.
Upgrade / Downgrade
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
- When downgrading past the member limit (e.g. Team → Personal), remove the excess invitations before changing plans.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle. On your credit card statement, the charge will appear under Paddle's name, not KATATAN.
Invoices and receipts are issued and sent by Paddle. Tax handling, including EU VAT reverse charge, is managed through Paddle's payment system.
