A workspace is the top-level container for billing, member management, and data isolation. All projects, test specs, and reports belong to exactly one workspace.
Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full permissions — member management, plan management, audit log, workspace deletion |
| Editor | Create / edit / delete projects, specs, cases, and reports |
| Observer | Read-only access to all resources, including audit logs and billing information |
| Billing | Manage plan and billing; read-only access to member list |
A workspace can have multiple Owners. At least one Owner must remain at all times; the last Owner cannot be removed.
Member Invitation
Owners can invite users by role (Owner, Editor, Observer, or Billing). Invitations are sent by email and accepted via a link.
Users invited directly to a project (not the workspace) are automatically given a Guest role in the workspace, granting access only to that specific project.
Workspace Deletion
Owners can delete a workspace. Deletion is a soft-delete with a 30-day cancellation window:
- The workspace becomes inaccessible immediately
- Any active subscription is cancelled immediately
- An Owner can cancel the deletion within 30 days to restore the workspace
- After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
